How do I start a round with friends?
Create a round, then share the 6-character join code with your group. Everyone who enters the code shares one live scorecard that updates in real time.
How do tee-time bookings and payments work?
You book and pay for tee times in the app. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your full card number is never stored by Ballzy. Tee times and course policies are set by the individual courses.
Why does Ballzy need my location?
Location powers the rangefinder, nearby courses, the friends map, shot tracking, and check-ins. You can turn it off anytime in your device Settings; some features won't work without it.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to your profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and associated data.
I manage a golf course—how do I claim it?
Find your course in the app and tap “Course manager? ” to claim it. Once approved you can publish tee times, edit your At The Turn menu, and post live conditions.
